we have a new dog that spent most of its life in a Puppy Mill, as a result she is not fully house trained. This cleaner is great for removing the stain and smell of her accidents, quickly & completely.

This works well. My only complaint is, that on the auto setting, a bit more suction is needed. If I don't use the hose to suck up the excess, it leaves a water mark on my beige carpeting.
