Consumer review (productreview.com.au)
In the past we have had Kenwoods, however, this time we opted for a Bissell, what a mistake. Right from word go, the unit leaked water and despite having replacement filter units and having carried out the instructions from the ladies in the service...
Consumer review (productreview.com.au)
Waste of time, i have gone back to using bucket and mop. It creates a constant dripping of water out of the filter onto floor. You need to hold down the button to activate the steam necessary to clean, this creates the dripping. Bad product. Not worth...

I had never used a steam mop befor so can only compare it to an ordinary mop. Floors dry quickly at the beginning but by the time I'm one room in the pad is quite wet and the floors dont dry as well. Steam button must be constantly depressed to produce...
Floors dry quickly at beginning of task, required less elbow grease
Leaks ++++, cord too short, steam button must be continuously depressed, mop pad soaks through quickly

Too much water left behind, Leaks
Consumer review (productreview.com.au)
With our old steam cleaner the floor would be dry in minutes. $200 thrown away (It cost $80 in the US) We'll sell it on ebay for one dollar.
It washes the floor with steam
Leaves the floor very wet and takes an hour to dry. Once you buy it ( from Godfrey)you can't return it. ( We wonder why !)
