relativly easy to use

cant get access to clean the clear plastic cover that forms the the throat plus cover to the base of cleaner looks very unsightly with the congealed dirt on underside of it

Good floor suction and brushes. Leaves carpet looking new.

Poor suction on hand tools and no heat. High maintenance.

Did not work for long

 

Worked well for a very short time.

Shampoo doesn't dispense properly. Pours out.Water dispenses sometimes, sometimes not.
