It heats up ready to steam quickly

Don't like how its expected to be set up over a door. Had nowhere else to hang it. Even that option wasn't stable as it kept falling down. Accessories are not great either.

Left watermark stains on our furniture, thus felt unwilling to use on curtains - the very reason we bought it.

the machine is no good for cleaning sofas and chairs, although the brochure said it can be used for that. Not what was advertised.

Drips water, items don't hang properly on the over door hanger, is awkward to use.I only had this product for a few days and was so frustrated by it that i returned it to the store.
