For starters, the mop does as expected and does clean well, but has some problems. First, the cord is too short and the cord is flat. The cord should have been made with a round cord like on vacuums so it doesn't get stuck under objects on the floor....

It really is hard to push. It did get my floors clean but it took more effort than I was hoping for. Doesn't glide like they show on the commercial. I'm going to return it.
