The only good thing about this is product was I got a two for one deal Both stopped working after about a dozen uses each. Not worth the money. Although I was happy with the result on tiles. I also cleaned a mat which cleaned up well. Avoid this product.

My hard (slate) floor is soaking wet after use. I then have to mop it by hand to dry it.The appliance is not hot enough to produce the steam required to kill germs. The water filter is faulty and comes out every time you release the resevoir to refill it.
