The description is mostly wrong. The box says the following

it ok but not that good at 15cm in size it do not blow out much air it ok for a mild day this are more like the £1 shop suff

The photo above suggests this fan has solid rubber feet that will absorb vibrations, and mine does not. On mine, those feet are hard plastic, much thinner than in the above photo, and they transfer all of the fan's noisy vibration into my wooden table.

The fan is very small. It states that there is a 15m airflow which is completely false, you can hardly feel the flow of air if you place it next to your face. Summary, it is a fan that doesn't keep you cool and doesn't do what it says in the product...
