White colour, reliable, USB movies means no need to burn a DVD.

Can't tilt it to face downwards - but that's my fault for not checking that before I bought it.

Bad

I don't think they have worked out how to incorporate the DVD player into the TV without causing any issues until they do I would stick with separate TV and DVD players.
