Review: Sony KD-55 AG8 | OLED TV With Hidden Powers Sony KD-55 AG8

 

Sony's new OLED TV Sony KD-55AG8 boasts extremely good picture quality, but best of all is the sound.

Sony AG8 has a razor-sharp image quality with a darkened black level. In addition, it - as one of the few TVs - boasts extremely good sound that comes directly from the TV screen.

The Sony screen does not have as strong a contrast as some of the competitors. Ease of use suffers a bit due to an antiquarian remote control.

This is a really great TV. The picture is so clear, every colour is spot on. I found the sound a little poor but I had read this in other reviews (these ultra flat screen TVs have little space for a speaker big enough to give that bass pumping sound....

Looks amazing

 

Amazing TV picture quality. Sound comes through screen. The only disappointment is that the TV cones with Youview which is Sony version of freeview. This level of TV I think should have freeview and Freesat built in for the money.
