Samsung gets some of its budget TV mojo back

Good picture quality for the money ; Content-rich smart system ; Excellent value for what’s on offer

Insipid, bass-light sound ; No Freeview Play or Dolby Vision ; Some HDR clipping in bright areas

While not quite a budget classic, the 55-inch CU8000’s picture quality and features do enough to make it a bit of a bargain
