Samsung LE32C580

Looked at purely within the context of sub-£400 32in LCD TVs, this set is a pretty good effort.

Affordable ; Bright pictures ; Well saturated colours

Motion problems ; Mediocre black levels ; Average picture quality

We’re not done with the multimedia stuff either. For the TV is also equipped with AllShare, a software platform that allows the TV to connect with compatible Samsung mobile phones or devices through a network. This way you can have your TV tell you...

Samsung LE32C580 review

Freeview HD and four HDMI inputs for a paltry £400

Punchy, bright picture ; Four HDMIs and Freeview HD ; Plentiful features for the price

Average black levels ; Occasionally iffy movement ; Harsh audio

With all the bluster surrounding LED and more recently 3D sets, it's easy to forget about conventional, workday boxes for watching telly on.

Samsung LE-32C580 review

There's nothing particularly wrong with this Samsung 32 inch LCD, but we've seen better at the same money

Affordable ; solid Freeview HD tuner, decent sound ; colourful, detailed picture

Beaten by the best ; not the last word in picture refinement

There’s plenty to like here for the money – and we’ve seen it even cheaper already

Samsung LE32C530

It may not be the best TV money can buy, but it is just about the best value screen around ..

Excellent value for money, good all round performance

Fast Motion Handling not the best

Considering that the LE32C530 is available on line for around £300, Samsung's latest budget offering has to be seen as something of a bargain.

Samsung Series 5 Review: AMD at its Best

If you want an Ultrabook but don't want to spend $900 or more then Samsung might have the perfect solution: The AMD-powered Samsung Series 5 ultrathin notebook.

Excellent AMD price/performance ; Nice keyboard ; Impressive battery life

Plastics are too thin in some spots ; 1366x768 resolution screen ; Slow HDD artificially limits performance ; An overall impressive AMD-based ultrathin laptop that just needs a SSD to really blow you away.

Samsung LN46C530

The Samsung LN46C530 is a TV of modest ambitions, and we reward its humbleness. There's no streaming content or 3D or any of that. It just displays a picture.. and it does the job pretty well. Editorial Note:This is a review of the Samsung LN46C530....

The Samsung LN46C530 ($949 MSRP) can surely be found more cheaply at this point in its life cycle, and if you’re looking for a basic HDTV that delivers the goods, it gets our seal of approval. The contrast ratio is simply amazing, but only fools will...

Samsung LN32C550 LCD HDTV Review - Intro

The Samsung LN32C550 is a mid-level LCD HDTV that struggles to make a place for itself in a crowded market with a hodge-podge feature set of red-tinged edging, DLNA home theater connectivity, and two USB ports for local media. The test performance,...

The Samsung LN32C550 had its problems to be sure. The viewing angle was terrible and the RGB color curve test indicated that it chokes when the colors get to bright (a phenomenon called peaking.) However, the black levels looked great and the contrast...

Samsung LN46C550 LCD HDTV First Impressions Review - Intro

The Samsung LN46C550 is a middle-of-the-road LCD television that doesn't debut much in the way of technology, but should be a solid choice for a living room TV at an affordable price. Of course, Samsung was mum on a lot of the details or the pricing,...

The Samsung LN46C550 is likely to be a solid television at a good price. Samsung's LCD TV track record in our labs has been strong. Considering there will be virtually no changes to the C550 series since last year, the only marked difference will...
