Bright and beautiful but still missing some key components
Minimalist appearance ; Startling color accuracy ; Great for daytime viewing
Edge-Lit VA panel ; Limited viewing angles ; Motion handling
The Samsung Q7FN QLED TV has most of what makes the class-leading Q9FN great: Its quantum dots help produce a colorful but not oversaturated image and local dimming has really improved year-on-year. That said, off-axis viewing is still an issue and...

Excellent colour and HDR handling is let down only by the single side edge illumination which can show its weakness in some extreme dark/light scenes,
All-round 360-degree design ; One Connect box keeps things clean ; Invisible Cable does what it says ; Colour and HDR performance is impressive ; Connected apps and features
Some light bleed in blacks for extreme scenes due to bottom edge illumination only ; Price is fairly hight ; Power cable is far too short
Samsung's QLED adventure takes a step up over its flagship SUHD TVs from 2016. The interface is simplified, lightning fast and easy to use. The connectivity is good and the One Connect box is practical to keep everything looking cleaner. The choice of...

If you want a top-notch TV without breaking the bank, Samsung's QLED range is the place to look. With outstanding HDR performance and loads of useful features, the 2018 range is the best yet. Here's our Q7FN review.

The 65-inch Samsung QE65Q7FN (sometimes called the QE65Q7FNATXXU) isn't flashy or extravagant, but there's beauty in its clean simplicity and it looks every inch a top-of-the-line 4K TV. Being one of Samsung's high-end QLED sets, it has OLED TVs as...

This is a big one for Samsung. The 55-inch 4K QE55Q7FN (sometimes known as the QE55Q7FNATXXU) is part of the high-end QLED range, but has a more reasonable price tag than the Q9FN models. It's going head-to-head with popular OLEDs from LG, Panasonic...

The Q7FN doesn't offer quite the brightness or HDR impact that Samsung's higher-end QLEDs deliver, but its picture is still marvelous and the "disappearing" design is arguably the best in the business.
Excellent quantum dot color ; Super thin bezel and flush mounting ; Single cable connection
Doesn't support Dolby Vision ; Less sustained brightness than the Q8 and Q9 series (although there's also less bleed)
If it weren’t for the lack of Dolby Vision, the Q7FN would have my whole-hearted recommendation as the least-expensive way to get into quantum dot color. The picture is only slightly less fantastic than its pricier siblings and it pretty much...

The Samsung is a 2018 4k QLED TV with great picture quality. It can produce saturated highlights in HDR content due to the very wide color gamut. It also has great bright room performance as the whole screen can get very bright and it has excellent...
Exceptionally wide color gamut ; Can get very bright to overcome glare ; Excellent low input lag
Picture quality degrades at an angle

This TV makes Samsung's most impressive tech way more affordable

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and the picture is fantastic especially for a 75 inch TV
Consumer review (richersounds.com)
The Q7 is a very impressive unit, build quality is high end and the picture is bright and pin sharp with vibrant colours. The one connect box means no bulky cables to hide, it's very innovative and only available from Samsung, and let's not forget the...
