LG 37LH7000 37in LCD TV

The LG 37LH7000 might not look as red as the company's Scarlet TVs, but it certainly looks like good value.

Other specs of the TV are promising. It's a Full HD model, as we'd expect of a 37in set sitting high up LG's current range. Plus it's got TruMotion 100Hz processing, for doubling the PAL frame rate and adding completely new frames of image data...

LG 37LH7000 review

The return to form of LG continues apace with this well-specified and highly capable LCD set

Full HD spec plus USB and DivX support ; svelte and suave styling ; clear sound ; bold, punchy colours

Black levels can falter ; can’t quite reach heights of the best TVs around

LG is fast becoming our go-to TV brand when specification, style and budget are paramount

LG 32LH7000 review

LG's top of the range 32' LCD TV still represents great value for money

Good HD and SD pictures ; Clean motion handling ; Handy picture wizard

Some glitchy edges ; Minor grey mist

A respectable effort from LG, but not quite as appealing overall as some of the brand's less costly models

LG 37LH7000 review

LG's 37LH7000 is handsome, but will its pictures match up to its exterior?

Great value ; Loads of features ; Good picture quality

HD pictures not the sharpest

Although it's not quite a performance superstar, LG's 37LH7000 offers great bang for your buck

LG 42LH7000 review

Super-slim full HD TV with Bluetooth. One of the most comprehensively loaded sets we've seen

Colours ; Features ; User friendliness

Inconsistent sound ; Ultimately underwhelming blacks

Feature-packed, generally competent set with plenty of appeal for well-heeled gadget fans

LG 32LH7000 review

LG's 32LH7000 LCD TV has a top-notch tech spec, distinctive styling and five-star performance, making it a worthy competitor in the 32in TV market

Decent styling ; intuitive interface ; complete, full HD specification ; strong tuner ; colourful, clean video images ; clear sound

We've seen truer black levels

Little to complain about here – a competitively priced, fully-specified, fine performer

LG 42LH7000 review

Just being 'good enough' in a world of stiff competition means that this LG 42LH7000 can't stand up with the rest

Good on-screen menus ; decent tuner performance ; even backlight ; good low-light detail

Overriding softness to images from all sources ; nasty remote ; iffy sound

‘Good enough’ isn’t quite good enough these days, and the LG has competition from all directions

LG 47LF7700

You need to spend 1200 to get a better big screen, and that makes the 'LF7700 a serious bargain

Freesat; brilliant detail, edge definition, contrast and motion for the money; natural colours; cracking menus

Audio performance can't quite match the excellence of the visuals

LG 37LH7000 television

Dressed in black with a red tint to its undercarriage, this is LG's successful follow-up to the popular Scarlet series of LCD TVs from last year. With a few exceptions this is a well thought-out and superb value LCD TV that's versatile enough for any...

Digital media playback, colour, onscreen menus, Blu-ray detail

On-board speakers; design of HDMI and USB inputs panel

With a few exceptions this is a well thought-out and superb value LCD TV that’s versatile enough for any living room. Its Bluetooth and USB stick tomfoolery will attract many, but it’s Blu-ray display where this 37-incher truly impresses.

LG 32LH70YR Full HD LCD TV

A decent but not competitively priced TV, pretty unlike LG.
