Available in both 65- and 55-inch sizes, the Hisense U8G ULED is a 4K Android TV that includes a native 120Hz panel, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, HDR10+ and Google assistant.
Awesome image quality Google Assistant integration Reasonable price Built-in mic with on/off switch
Audio quality could be better Voice controls are pretty wonky Stands are a bit wide and intrusive
Regardless of whether you consider yourself a hardcore gamer, cinephile or an individual simply looking for a value-packed 4K TV, the Hisense U8G provides a lot of something for everyone.

The 65U8GQ underscores Hisense's appreciation of what makes a modern flatscreen a genuine all-rounder. A ULED model with full array local dimming of its Quantum Dot panel, this 65-incher implements the brand's superb, easy-to use VIDAA U5 smart OS,...

Searing light output is great for HDR and bright rooms, but it's not the whole story.

The Hisense U8G series is a bit more expensive than its predecessor, but it delivers more features and better picture quality than you'll get from any other TV in this price range.

The Hisense U8G is a high-end 4k TV in Hisense's 2021 lineup. It replaces the 2020 Hisense H8G, and it's been replaced in 2022 by the Hisense U8H. It offers an i...
Excellent reflection handling. Low-resolution content is upscaled without any issues. High peak brightness. Excellent black uniformity. Outstanding low input lag. Outstanding contrast. Excellent response time.
Most scenes are brighter than they should be. Some noticeable dirty screen effect. Noticeable stutter in low frame rate content. Image degrades when viewed at an angle.
Overall, the Hisense U8G is an impressive TV. Thanks to its excellent contrast ratio, high peak brightness, and great local dimming feature, it's a great choice for watching movies in a dark room. It also looks great in a bright room for watching shows...

Hisense's U8G is a nice improvement over the H series, including a 120Hz refresh rate. Picture quality and HDR performance are top-notch, although its blacks can't match those of pricier mini-LED sets.
Excellent color and brightness ; Top-notch image processing ; 120Hz HDMI, plus eARC support
Older array backlighting can't compete with mini-LED technology ; No fewer than six paid-placement buttons on the remote
The Hisense U8G is an excellent TV for the price, but it faces tough competition in , which was $250 cheaper for the 55-inch SKU at the time of this writing. The , meanwhile, goes for almost $750 more than the , so I don’t really consider that a fair...

Are you looking for a big TV without costing a fortune? The Hisense U8GQ boasts a high-contrast picture and a wide range of features at a great price.
The Hisense TV has an appealing design and an easy-to-use interface. The picture display offers good brightness and contrast, and the TV has broad support for various video formats.
The Hisense U8GQ supports both 4K resolution and 120 fps video signals, but not at the same time. The TV lacks some Nordic apps, and the sound is relatively thin.
The Hisense 65U8GQ is an affordable TV. And you get a 65-inch with a nice user interface and high-contrast picture quality that’s well suited to ordinary TV viewing.

The Hisense U8G is an affordable premium 4K ULED television with Android TV that's perfect for gaming but it does have a few quirks.

As Google's Android TV platform continues to expand, the TVs running it are only getting better. For the past couple of months, I've been using the Hisense U8G that runs Android TV with a great display, and importantly, much better software performance...
