This item works well, got it for my room mate whose portable 9" was skipping. He is happy with this player and now stays in the spare bedroom watching it, and is very content with it. A good buy!

The remote control is very poorly made. Sometimes it works, sometime it does not.

Works as promised with good picture and sound.

I would rate this item if I didn't have to return it when I went to pick it up. The product box was damaged but the transport box wasn't only leaving me to assume the damaged box was sent that way.

Good features but outer case is chinsy.

I was looking for an inexpensive DVD player with a large screen. This fits the bill. Picture is excellent. Sound is OK, but I would recommend external speakers or headphones for clarity. Well worth the price. I do highly recommend the 2-year warranty...
