Terrible

Used to repair these and other better brand TVs like LG (LG: very good service and quite good quality TV's), conia rate as one of the worst. Conia are made so so so cheaply that they should be aloud to be sold in Australia as I do not believe they meet...

Terrible

Avoid Conia,HiCon and Konka, if they are at all still available. No service available at all. Shame, shame, shame.

TV great.

Inbuilt dvd player broken down with 2 months left on the warranty, but of course we are no longer covered because Pebbles Electronics went into receivership in Feb 09. The retailer I bought it from, for our daughters birthday, refused to pay for...

Terrible

Do not buy a conia tv - ever. We bought one, it had a crappy remote and so far has broken down 3 times. The longest period for repairs was 8 months and this included about 6 months of trying to get someone to call back.

Very hard to get warranty repairs - very annoying the third time round

Terrible

I had this plasma replaced twice, both times it lasted less than a day! With the first set a pixel died within the first couple of hours, making a big black dot in the middle of the screen. With the second set, as soon is i turned it on there was a...

The TV is very cheap for its size and has a clear image, i believe the screen is actually a Samsung.

Continues problems with multiple sets, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IT!

Bad

not bad for the price its worth taking up an extended warranty I guess you get what you pay for I think our next Tv will be with a more reputable brand

This Tv has been great but after 13 months we had problems a clicking noise when the Tv was trying to power up

The service department is pretty slack you finally get through but only to be told that a technician won't be able to contact you for three days

Bad

I like the TV and the price, (I suppose you get what you pay for), but the customer support after the purchase is very poor.

Has a good picture and came at a good price.

Poor customer support from Pebble Electronics when it comes to warranty. The TV played-up after about 12 months. I tried to ring their advertised service support number without ever speaking to a person and hanging up in frustration. I resorted to...

be wary! our model was faulty from the time we picked it up. slowly a few pixels went, then the whole panel needed to be replaced. in the end we were without a TV for over 2 weeks. Although, now fixed it is like brand new. would recommend for those on...

Good

Pros: Great Value for money, very good picture quality and great contrast ratio. Cons: Remote has buttons that don't apply to that model. Very basic instruction manual Overall: Is you are looking for a discount plasma screen you can't go past this.
