Tefal Avanti Black 4 Slice Toaster

I previously had this toaster for a number of years but when it went wrong, I purchased a different make which was very slow and did not toast properly. This toaster is quick and toasts evenly and also toasts crumpets as we like them as well.

Toaster not brown toast evenly or even that well - even after following the instructions which were to pre heat the toaster 3 times before use.

This is one of the best four slice toaster you can buy! It toasts fasts and the slots take large slices of bread. I previously bought a cheaper 4 slice toaster from argos but it took ages to toast, so returned it. This one is great!!

Bought this toaster after returning a Breville 4 slice toaster which was useless. (Tip: make sure if you're getting a 4 slice toaster, it's at least 1800 watts, otherwise the bread will 'cook' rather than toast: i.e. dry, hard and not browned properly.)

Not the prettiest toaster as it is mainly piano black but at least it is not style over substance. The important thing is that it works well and suits the type of sandwich bread that we use. It might be a problem for very large slices of bread as they...

Designed to match the kettle bought with it, stylish and really easy to use

Loved the original which never failed to tell me about when crumbs need to be shaken out. So when a failure to push down occured after 5yrs+ of regular use, a replacement as near as possible was a must, equally happy with new model.

Brilliant design and works extremely well all at a very good price

Decided to pay a bit more in the hope of getting better quality than the last few toasters which have not lasted long. Seems well built and features are good, including high lift and nice wide slots.

Had to replace first toaster as high lift didn't work but very pleased with this item. Although it is not as good as the tefal toaster it replaced
