It's not till I got it home that I realised how small the slots were, therefore it limits what I can toast compared to my old Russell hobbs toaster. It also tends to burn toast, even on a low setting.

Cannot understand why some other toasters are so expensive. This product is great value without all the 'extras' on some machines.

Good toaster, however could have some improvements in design. The outer wall does not get hot and the bread toasts evenly, but the groove on top around the toasting slots collects the crumbs easily. Does not have the Russell Hobbs "lift and look" feature.
