Be careful - whilst this product advertises itself as a toaster, what it should say is that it can only toast 80% of a slice of bread. Due to the size of the carriage plates, most sliced bread does not fit in all the way, leaving the tops untoasted....

Easy to set up and use for any age. Clear instructions and nothing difficult about it.

the dial to toast it move around too easily so you could find it someone has adjusted it or you cleanred toaster it will move and you could find yourself with burnt toast maybe.

You have to put it on a really low setting if you don't line burned toast

This toaster is very stylish and looks lovely in my kitchen. The blue light which display when the toaster is in use is very swanky. It toast the bread lovely and quickly. Very happy with this product!

Sometimes cooks the toast a bit too well and needs turning down a little, but I suppose its just a case of getting used to it.

cannot toast the whole piece of bread as the drop basket is not deep enough.

I bought this product for my 83 year old mother who has dexteritary problems and is partially sighted.She has found it very easy to use, it is lightweight and does not take up much room.

The operating buttons could have been marked in a clearer way for someone with sight problems.
