Looks fancy. Fairly easy to keep clean.

Entire top area hot to touch after use (need to be careful/warn friends/children). Some inconsistencies in browning. Small buttons (which also get hot during repeated use).

Inside the rack that goes up and down is very flimsy and on two occassions now already the prongs which hold this rack in line have moved and jammed against other prongs which has bent the rack. Not impressed to the point of considering returning the...

Pleasing design. Toast sfrozen bread rather well

Does not lift small slices of toasted bread that high so one still have to resort to poking a knife or similar object into it.

controls on the side so when i put mine in the gap between the wall and the breadbin, i have to pull it out a bit to see the controls,but i expect russel hobbs don't want it hidden!
