I originally bought the red and chrome version, from you, to go with my 50's inspired kitchen, I'd seen it in blackfor a lot more money in a department store window and wanted it straight away. I'm very picky about design and think it has a retro look...

Perhaps it's my Mum's loaves? The slices stick out the top a bit but I just turn them round after a bit, so it doesn't bother me.
