Thus far this toaster has met all the promises of kitchen aid and surpassed my expectations.. So glad I spent a little extra to get what is truly a great piece of ingenuity and handsome addition to my kitchen.

Does everything is says it can do and with fantastic results. Toast, English Muffins and Bagels are done to perfection and better that some restaurants. I would recommend this without question. A little pricy but worth every penny.

Keep warm function is great. If you don't grab your toast, it goes back down and stays warm for 3 min. Have had many toasters over the years ,and this is the best!

This toaster does perform on a consistent basis as the product description indicates. We now toast more than ever before. I also no longer have to run back into the kitchen if the item is toasted due to the "keep warm" feature.

Like this toaster very much. Works well for toasting bread. The dark setting could be a little higher. You have to push the little bit longer button several times to get English muffins toasted. Like that the toaster is cool to touch. I use it every day.
