I have burned myself many of times by either touching the top or side of the toaster oven after or during use. Why, would I touch it you ask? Well, the tray/door doesn't close all the way when trying to close it on its own so it takes some tweaking or...

Newegg offered to replace the toaster but I didn't have the box. It still works bu I have to keep an eye on everything now because the timer is broken =(

The crumb tray area is a joke. It doesn't close due to low quality and the design is awful. Once again I am very happy with NewEgg. I am expecting another package from them today.
