DOA

I hope the new one works. The original oven arrived with no damage, opened it, plugged it in to a known good outlet, and turned it on and waited. Nothing! Not even the front light would come on.

I have no idea

the only reason for 1 egg is that I was able to send for a replacement

Not aToaster Oven

This is a CONVECTION oven not a toaster oven. People keep comparing it to a toaster oven and it is not one. Convection ovens cook in about 2/3 the time of a regular oven. This is achieved by a fan circulating and distributing even heat inside the oven....

Of course it is hot so is a stove. Convection ovens that do not get hot on the outside have a lot of insulation and cost several hundred dollars

Poor Customer Service

Poor rating is not for Newegg rather, the product itself.

Great price and fast shipping. Newegg is one of the best on-line shops I frequent

Had a warranty issue. Timer inconsistent and did not always shut off. First customer service rep was great and got the ball rolling immediately. After 2 weeks I called. Told it would arrive in 7-10 days. 2 weeks later told they didn't have that model...

It's nice, but it does get hot. Wouldn't pay more than $40.

If it went back down to $40 again and a friend needed a new toaster oven, I'd recommend this one. At $80 or over, go with a Cuisinart or Kitchenaid or something more reliable. Thanks for reading. PS I'm drunk. What am I doing with my life?

It looks good, compared to other toaster ovens in the $80-150 range. It cooks and toasts well. No complaints. I don't experience the loud fan noise that other reviewers complain about. I like that the door is nice and thick, unlike a lot of newer...

It gets hot. Real hot! It's printed right on the top- don't put anything on here, it get's hot- but man it's real hot. Even the sides are hot. Kind of weird. I've had toaster ovens before and haven't experienced this. Whenever it's on I'm constantly...

Not loud, seems great, but no accessories

So it seems like this is a great oven. However, I'm really annoyed that it shipped without a crumb or cookie tray. Now NewEgg won't help me because it's a 'bulk' item or something like that. And I have to deal with the manufacturer. I'm really displeased.

Excellent if you can get it for a good price

I bought this as a quick fix as my main oven was out of commission for a few weeks. It was deeply discounted at the time of purchase which made this a great buy.

Great appliance for the price I paid. Heats quickly and large enough for most things. Build quality is ok

Not really any cons come to mind for the price I paid. Knobs seem a little cheap, but not enough to knock an egg off
