It looks really smart. It toasts more evenly than our old toaster.

+ Looks really great in the kitchen and has good features - Heating elements on the external walls do not heat up anywhere near as much as the internal walls so toast needs to be turned to give even cooking.

This toaster toasts unevenly, burnt on one side and normal on the other. Dualit when consulted said this was deliberate each time, but it would toast normally on subsequent occasions. Rubbish system! If like us you toast one slice 80% of time don't...

A compact toaster but don't let the size fool you, this toaster is super powerful and has a handy pop up feature for you to check on the toast's progress!

Doesn't toast evenly on both sides, as if the bagel option is on when it isn't. V annoying having to move the toaster each time it's used so that it's not underneath overhead cupboards per the instructions. Last toaster lasted 20 years (not a Dualit)...

Had been looking for a toaster to go with pistachio kitchen aid mixer...very pleased that this is an all but perfect match. Simple to use, good size and the toast is pretty good too! Click and collect always good. 5 stars for JL on quality and service.
