it gets up to heat really quick, can take some medium sized sandwhiches i wouldnt go as far to say large, cool touch handle, easy to clean, light weight and easy to use

has a cool touch handle but the handle could be a bit bigger, also the rest of it does get very HOT , doesnt really have any drip channels so any oils will just come out from all directions.
