I have had two of these and I was very happy with the first one so when the lid broke I replaced the jug with a new one but now the lid on the second jug has also broken, not good enough!!

Dualit have a winning combination in quality and marmite endorsement. This is a truly lovely piece of equipment. I bought the tasted sandwich rack to go with this, however, if you are a regular toastie maker you would be better of with Dualits wider...

Mostly ideal for a single person, if not cleaned every time you use it ,it dirty's very quickly. Crumbs stay inside the bottom tray witch leads to burned smells,when toasting, I will not purchase this again . it's lite weight and feels flimsy too.

I unfortunately had to return this toaster. Bought it following other reviews. Beautiful toaster, sturdy looking, and really nice. Unfortunately, Medium size bread did not fit - the edge got caught on the sides and broke inside the toaster.

The dimensions listed are of the box that the toaster oven is packed in, very deceiving. Since this doesn't fit my needs since the actual product is so small I will be returning this item. Just a hassle since I am disabled.

Apparently it was not compatible with the Hunter Classic ceiling fan (the one with the cast iron body). Not only would it not change speeds, but it would not turn on the fan. Now I just adjust the speed with the chain.

When I moved houses I left behind my trustworthy Kambrook mini snack oven that I used for over 5 years... it worked like a charm but eventually got too dirty to clean with constant use. Obviously I tried to replace it with another similar mini oven...
