The toaster is of German make and comes with a 2 prong plug which is useless in England, you need an adapter to use it. It would've been useful to know this as I wouldn't have bought it.

Something that I have needed and just the right size. Easy to use but I was hoping for a recipe book and did not get one in the order. But I found Hamilton Beach does have good recipes on line for this oven. I just love it.

Love this toaster. I don't use the bagel setting because it only toasts the top. So i leave it on toast and it is perfect. Have had the toaster a little over a month would recommend to anyone!

Not a bad product it cleans well but downside is it's only for surfaces and would be good if it could do carpets and fabrics. Safety valve ensures it cannot be opened until it cools down which is good.

This product had to be returned after being used 4 times as the toast stopped popping up when done, it also did not toast very well. No trouble with Argos when I returned it and bought a more expensive toaster.
