this is the worst toaster oven I have had. It does not toast at all, just barely warms up the food. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS UNIT

Takes forever to toast a piece of bread. Oven temperature cannot be controlled; don't know at what temp it cooks. Cannot set oven timer for longer than 15 minutes.

We bought this for our business kitchen. It heats unevenly, takes a very long time to get hot, and has very little thermal output. All of the settings seem to perform the same function as well. I would order a real toaster oven elsewhere.
