When it comes to budget-priced Android tablets, there's a lot of junk out there. The Cruz T301 from Velocity Micro is a rare exception. It's not a great product, but with a street price as low as $160, its core Android features and sturdy hardware make...
The Velocity Micro Cruz T301 delivers Android 2.2 on a 7-inch screen for an affordable price.
We're not fond of the dim, low-res screen and bulky design. Also, core Google Mobile apps aren't included, including Android Market.
The Velocity Micro Cruz T301 Android tablet is a decent, low-priced option for general Web and e-mail tasks, but its bulky size and mediocre screen quality make it a poor choice for e-books, multimedia, and games.

Velocity Mirco, makers of custom PC's and Laptops have their own line of Tablets called Cruz. I think the main reason behind these tablets were to give away
– Does your basic tasks ; – Running Android ; – Speakers are very loud ; – SD slot for extra storage
– Sluggish ; – Dim screen ; – No Android Market ; – No dedicated navigation buttons
While this tablet did not blow our minds it is a tablet you may want to consider if you are on a budget. With the price tag of

Internal/Features• The T301 tablet is over all fairly nice right out of the box, you go through a short, 1 time start up wizard and then you are free to use your tablet. The start up on the tablet however, can take up to 5 minutes, including the set-up...

Do not purchase this Tablet from this company, they will not help you and do not purchase their products at Radio Shack...they will not help you and get rude. I work for Lawyers, so I guess I have to go that route...I am out over three hundred...
It was easy to take pic...of my new granddaughter, but I lost all of them when it broke a couple of months later.
worked couple months. I got RMA number said I had the ticket in before warranty expired, they would warranty. two weeks said ticket closed.I sent for repair after reopen guy said open or get open it wasn't his dept. It's been over a month

Don't waste your money..got one of these, lasted 3 months, screen no longer responds, tried all the tricks on their website. They won't respond to my support tickets...
Worked well for a few months.
Breaks, after a few months and they don't seem to be willing or able to come up with a fix. Their website acknowledges the problem with the firmware, but have been waiting for 3 months and no updates!

Price is great, around 89.00 Buyer beware. You get what you pay for. If you want a good tablet, purchase a more reliable one.
Fast boot,good screen and light.
Poor speakers. Can barely hear. When you put in a Que., it goes to the site immediately but when you click the subject title it goes back to the Que. IP

I'm very unhappy I can't get any flash material to run on this tablet. I'm tempted to rename it the iPad mini. :-( This has to be my biggest grip for it. It apparently won't run TeamViewer (Android) and some similar programs either. I'm still working...
Low price (I need to say that again, low price less than $100 even new.) It has a very responsive screen. There are quite a few apps that run on it. It has a really solid build. Easy hook up to wi-fi and the Internet. It now has Android Froyo.
There are quite a few apps that don't run on it! It's mips processor rejects Adobe Flash! Rather low speaker volume in spite of having two of them. Really you should use the included charger to charge it, since it will take a long time otherwise.
