The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 is a sleek tablet both in looks and in performance, although the tablet makes some sacrifices to fit its £799 RRP.
Most portable of Samsung’s Tab S9 range ; Stunning 11-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen ; IP68 dust and water resistance ; S Pen is bundled with the tablet
Thicker bezels than the Tab S9 Ultra ; Only a single selfie camera ; No charger in the box
It may not look that different from its predecessor on the surface, but a host of upgrades to display tech, processing power and even water resistance make the Galaxy Tab S9 one of the most capable Android tablets on the market, and unlike the more...

The new Galaxy Tab S9, Tab S9 Plus, and Tab S9 Ultra from Samsung share many features, including beautiful OLED screens, fast performance, and water resistance. The only thing you need to decide is which size you want.
But if you do opt to splurge on one of the Tab S9s, you’ll get a very performant tablet with an excellent screen, great speakers, and a lot of capability. Just go for the small one or the big one and skip the middle row this year.

The Galaxy Tab S9 series includes the insanely massive 14.6-inch Tab S9 Ultra, but the prices of these slates are off-putting.
Great performance, enduring battery life, and super bright screens. Includes a good stylus and microSD card slot. IP68 dust and water resistance. Nice multitasking capabilities. Long software support.
Way too expensive. No keyboard cover included. No 5G option for Tab S9 Ultra. Software has quirks.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 might be an entry-level Android tablet, but its upgraded AMOLED display makes it feel like a premium slate.
Of course, you are now paying upwards of $800 for the privilege of owning one. If that feels a bit too steep I think you can still get a lot of use out of a new Galaxy Tab S8, which has a worse screen but lasts longer and costs $100 less (or more) new....
