Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE 12.4-inch tablet review

The movie fan's tablet of choice?

Big, 16:10 aspect display ; Bright and punchy pictures ; Strong battery life

Screen lacks some sophistication ; No HDR ; Low-power bundled charger

It’s lacking the picture and sound sophistication of its Apple rivals, but this big Samsung tablet has plenty of appeal of its own

Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE review

The Tab S7 FE is a decent mid-range slate that's great for entertainment, but it's worth spending slightly more to get the full Samsung tablet experience.

Premium build ; Great battery life ; S Pen included in box

Patchy gaming performance ; 60Hz LCD display ; Software not optimised for tablets

There’s a lot to like about the Tab S7 FE, which impresses with its high-end design and excellent battery life. But the performance and display downgrades compared to the regular S7 and S7+ make it hard to justify - unless you find it with a big discount.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE review

The flagship Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 and S7+ tablets received praise from users and media last fall. We loved the Tab S7+, too, and that's why we were...

Flagship-grade aluminum unibody.

The 5G version's performance is poor compared to the Wi-Fi model's.

There is only one real problem with the Galaxy Tab S7 FE, and it's the pricing. It is priced closely to the flagship Tab S7 yet has much less to offer. And that's why we cannot recommend this Fan Edition. Not until Samsung decides on introducing some...

Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE Review

Excellent battery life ; Solid integration with Microsoft 365 ; Works well with other Samsung products ; Strong software upgrade policy

Mediocre performance ; Display isn't up to snuff with competitors ; No fingerprint sensor

Samsung's 12.4-inch Galaxy Tab S7 FE tablet is a more affordable, less powerful alternative to the Galaxy Tab S7+ and Apple's iPad Pro line for getting work done on the go.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE review: Fresh Air for Android fans

Samsung's Galaxy Tab S7 FE takes on the iPad Air, but can it succeed with an underpowered processor?

Gorgeous 12.4-inch display ; Very long battery life ; Premium design ; S Pen included ; 5G support

Weak performance ; Android on tablets has issues ; No fingerprint sensor

With a gorgeous 12.4-inch display and epic battery life, Samsung's Galaxy Tab S7 FE is a good sub-flagship tablet for streaming media and lightweight productivity. But keep in mind that an underpowered processor and the usual Android shortcomings limit...

Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE review: Pretty, but underpowered

Does Samsung's mid-range slate pack enough of a productivity punch? Find out more in this Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE review.

Premium design

With the Galaxy Tab S7 FE, Samsung is trying to have its cake and eat it too. This tablet banks on the raw appeal of the refined hardware and large screen to sell the idea of productivity. At the same time, Samsung cut a little too deeply when trimming...

Samsung's New Tablet Is a Solid Chromebook Alternative With One Flaw

This is the Android tablet I'd consider for getting work done on the go, but there are a few downsides.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE review: Fan Edition? Lite Edition more like it!

With the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE, Samsung introduces a Fan Edition of its tablet in the race. This NextPit review, shows you what it is capable of.

High-quality workmanship ; Attractive design ; 5G connectivity ; S Pen included ; 12.4-inch display ; Good battery life ; Decent sound

No AMOLED display ; 60 Hertz refresh rate ; Only 4GB RAM and 64GB storage ; Snapdragon 750G SoC is not flagship level ; No fingerprint sensor ; Too expensive for a Lite version

The FE suffix stands for Fan Edition. This worked great for the Galaxy S20 FE , but unfortunately this concept is lost on the Galaxy Tab S7 FE. The tablet apparently targets the mid-range market, being significantly cheaper than Samsung's very own...
