This is just a regular tablet dressed up as a kids tablet
Durable case ; 360 degree kickstand
$250 is a bit much ; Glossy display with no damage-resistance ; Kids have access to volume controls ; Sluggish performance ; No locking feature to stay in-app
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite Kids Edition is just the original Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite with an ugly case. It’s not clever.

Samsung's Galaxy Tab A7 Lite is a decent Android tablet that's surprisingly small and affordable.
- Cheap ; - Lightweight ; - Full access to Android and the Google Play store
- Low-res display ; - Bad cameras ; - Sluggish performance under pressure
Just don't expect to be blown away by its performance, display quality or battery life. Competing tablets like Microsoft's Surface Go 2 or the 2020 iPad will outperform the A7 Lite on all of these fronts, and while you'll have to pay a few hundred...

The internal memory of 32GB fills up the apps fairly quickly with the apps. It seems there is no paging/swapping of app to SD card.
