TOTAL Waste of Time

I suggest you remove this vendor from New Egg. I bought these in good faith, not knowing they cannot work with win 7 and not knowing that the mfr does not care. What a waste of my time and your time at new egg. Unacceptable in my opinion. Al I need is...

IF you get them to work with Win 7 they sound great

Won't work with Win 7: no drivers for 2.1 setup. I would highly prefer to find the Win 7/ 2.1 drivers than to return these. V7-world.com, the mfr, basically said "so what?" when told that their speakers were unusable with win 7

Mediocrity at its Finest

Sometimes a bargain speaker is just that. I would look elsewhere, even within this same price range.

The speaker system worked out of the box, and arrived quickly

Sound reproduction is below average. Satellite speakers sound tinny, and overall sound has WAY too much reverb. Slightly less annoying the further you get from the speakers

Never Worked!

Buy another set?

Price was right, but they never worked here. Wife hooked them up while I was out of town, she never got them working. Kid used his headphones instead, I could never get them to work either,, by the time we realized they didn't work at all, too much...

They don't work enough

V7 Bumps for the price

Overall one of the best sets of speakers for the price. I have a Logitech 5.1 system purchased for $80 and I must say that the price performance ratio is about the same. You get what you pay for. This little 2.1 set up is great for a college dorm, home...

Almost 16 Watts @ 30 dollas ; Sub is quality built ; On/Off flip switch on sub ; Volume dial w/ headphone jack ; Surprisingly good bass

Speakers use thin inexpensive wiring ; Speakers don't feel sturdy ; These are the only reason Im docking an egg
