I was not informed that the speakers require connecting cable even though I inquired about the cable connecting amplifier to the turntable....which turned out to be wrongly advised as it does not fit! £30 wasted and additional trip had to be made.

Good speakers, may not be suitable for big rooms but good for small rooms. They are passive speakers. So you need an amp.

For the money the best looking and sounding speaker system i have heard and as an audio engineer i can speak from 30 years of experience.

Brilliant sound from exceptionally priced speakers. They seem to be getting better after a few hours of running in. Can't believe the quality from paying just over £100. Bargain. Period.

Was looking for a pair of cheap speakers for the garage - to keep me entertained when I'm washing the car ! The very helpful Deputy Manager at RS suggested these and he was right. Great sound.

More than happy.....perfect size wise and the sound is ace from Cambridge amp....Richer buy earlier this year.... and my old record deck......very happy.....in fact more than happy!

Pretty good and impressive when within their range....will fill medium size rooms.....would still prefer more bass....but then I shouldn't compare them with £500 speakers.....well worth the money though ...that's for sure....

Was looking for floor speakers, got it narrowed down to two. Rang Preston store and had a chat, it's just great to know that you can get help and advice. Tannoy on offer and as vip member got extra tenner off. Delivered next day too for free. Perfect...

Really pleased with these speakers, they are just the right size and the sound quality is amazing for the price
