Sony SRS-XB10 review

The grenade-size SRS-XB10 is the smallest and most basic of the new speakers in Sony's line of Extra Bass Bluetooth speakers. At this size "extra bass" might be a stretch, but it does have a bit more punch than many competitors.

The Sony SRS-XB10 is an ultracompact, canister-style Bluetooth speaker that's water-resistant, with good battery life (16 hours) and speakerphone capabilities. The speaker sounds decent enough for its size and its strap converts into a stand to prop...

The soft-but-tough finish attracts some dust; should cost less than $50.

While it should costs a little less, the Sony SRS-XB10 is an attractively designed mini wireless speaker that outputs more bass than your typical tiny speaker.

Sony SRS-XB10

Sony's wireless, outdoor-friendly SRS-XB10 speaker delivers some surprising bass depth for its size and price.

Affordable. Solid audio performance with rich bass response and crisp highs. Water-resistant design. Built-in speakerphone. Can be linked with another SRS-XB10 to form stereo pair.

The SRS-XB10, the smallest speaker in Sony's new Extra Bass line of wireless speakers, does have more bass than your typical supermini Bluetooth speaker.

The Sony SRS-XB10 is a tiny contender that punches well above its weight. For a temptingly low street price, the Bluetoooth speaker delivers terrific value.

Great..........But

I bought this a month ago, and I'm happy that I did. The sound is awesome! The only problem I have had thus far, is that pairing it with my iPhone is not easy. Perhaps there is an easier way?

Great buy

I bought this speaker last month, I use it pretty much every day all around the house and garden while I'm doing my jobs. It sounds great for such a small thing. It is easy to set up and use, the battery life is good I'vs only had to charge it twice.

Great sound quality

Really pleased with the speaker. It was really straight forward to set up and the sound quality is great for the price. Conveniently small and therefore portable with a long battery life. It has exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend.
