Richer sounds customer services couldn't have been more helpful. I wanted a clock radio to replace my 30 year old Bose one. They recommended a Ruark which arrived promptly and is excellent.

In the mornings, the sound gently gets louder and you wake up with a (mostly) friendly voice from the news speaker. Then you enjoy walking in the room... and you see this piece of furniture, with no nonsense style. It is good as it is.

Just refurbished our bedroom & required a alarm clock to replace our 20 year old one. The R1 ooze's style and quality with features to match, a little on the expensive side but couldn't be more happy with our purchase

This little radio brings an amazing choice of stations which are easy to find - and move on from if not to your taste. Plenty more to satisfy! Great listening.
