Failed after 3 months

Even though the support rep was hard to understand, he was pretty helpful. He even called me back to confirm the price (I said I was thinking about just buying different ones) and to see if he could do anything else for me.

Decent sound quality super low price

Poor manufacturing. After about 3 months, one of the speakers started to crackle and then failed completely. I talked to a representative (he was pretty hard to understand) and he told me that it would be $15 to ship it to them to have them replaced....
