Good could be better

Has potential but they need to make these units much easier to use. I find it much easier to select the songs on the ipod itself and not even deal with the OSD.

It interfaces into the receiver, looks better than the apple docks, free with my receiver

It took a little while to figure out how to get the OSD to work with this unit. It doesn't have a page up and page down feature on the remote so if you have lots of song/artists it becomes useless

Works as it should

I got it free with my receiver, so it was worth the price for me. Not sure it would be worth $100

Charges iPhone/iPod, can play video on my TV, works with existing receiver remote

My iPhone will not go on it unless I take the case off, I have to scroll 1 by 1 through Songs/Artists...there isn't a page up/down (might be on other receivers, I don't know...I'm using the SR-608)

Really necessary?

For $120 - that's a joke. Came for free with my receiver - would not have paid more than about $20 for it, but the charging ability is nice.

Allows you to plug in your iphone and charge while listening. Has limited ability to change between playlists and songs. Integrates well with the Onkyo receiver it came with. Looks nice

VERY limited ability to interact with your iphone/ipod through the remote of your receiver. ONLY works with iphone/ipod (no other mp3 players need apply)

Pretty Good Dock

You can't beat free, but I would not have spent $100 on it. I love being able to control my iPod with the remote, but I would really like it more if I could see what was playing on the TV. You can with this dock, but you have to have a better receiver...

Integrates with my Onkyo receiver, got it for free

Draws a lot of power, doesn't output video to lower-end receivers (really a factor of the receiver, not this dock)

OK but I'd go with something else

On screen display would make this a must have item. I have the DS-A2. Now the A2's on screen display has been criticized as looking like something from the 80s. That's true, it's not pretty but at least it's easy to navigate your playlists, etc. This...

Play's music off your iPhone

No on-screen display, no separate remote
