Awesome price

Great bang for the buck...I'm not adding extra power through an amp, just the JVC player and it sounds great. If your looking for a cheap replacement for your blown stock speakers these are it. Great sound!

very pleased

i bought one pair of these along with a clarion cz200(which i also recommend) to replace my stock unit and my rear speakers that were blown and what an improvement! sadly though...i ended up blowing my stock speakers in the front so now i guess i have...

much better than my stock ones. the price is great for what they can do. not terribly hard to install. they sound pretty awesome even up pretty high. despite what other reviewers have said i dont feel like there is a lack of bass.

didnt exactly fit my speaker mounting stuff in my 94 acura integra. but i made it work.

weak

don't waste your time. i should learn from my mistakes but i dont and end up with junk like this.

cheap

big for nothing, huge magnet, not even louder then my stock speakers. a lot of custom fitting to make it fit on my door.

Cheap replacements for an older car

Other than the wire, which I'm not going to knock down my rating for, when these are on sale (and you need a cheap replacement), it's a deal you can't turn down. I used these in a 2001 Camaro with a Monsoon speaker system. The speakers in the backseat...

-Sound isn't over-the-top spectacular, but for replacing speakers in an older car are pretty good. -For the price (on sale), eggcellent deal (pun intended) -Fit perfectly into the space the original speakers were in (some reviews have had trouble with...

Like one other review said, the wires that come with the speakers are garbage. I've had headphones that have a thicker gauge than the included wire. Either use the existing car wiring and some terminal clips or use your own wire...

O.K. speakers

Price. I got them off Newegg with a promo code - it brought the price down to $10.00 The construction of the speakers is decent, no manufacturing or molding flaws. 8 mounting screws (and mounting tabs) are included in the box.

You get what you pay for. Well, in this case, surprisingly, you actually get a little more than what you pay for! For the $10.00 I paid, the performance wasn't bad. These speakers are lacking in mid-range response, but do respond o.k. in the higher and...

i am amazed

these things are rated to 600w max with 150w rms. most of the time these rating are arbitrary and meaningless. i wouldnt put a reputable amp pushing out 500w to these things but just running off of my 50w x 4 head unit these things sound great. if i...

for the money these things are unbelievable. they are heavy with huge magnets for a 6.5 inch two way. the sound is crisp and clear. the tight little bass punch is noticeable. im completely pleased with this purchase.

hmmmm.... in my case the terminals are in an awkward configuration. no worries though... the terminals do bend.

Great Speakers for the price

This is my first time installing a car speaker. At first, I thought it would not fit my Corolla because the height of the speaker is a lot taller than the stock one. It took me about 1 hr to get it running. Installed in the a 1997 Corolla DX.

Price, Bass responds (A lot better than the stock ones), clarity.

Not really a con, but for my car, I needed to bend 2 the metal things for the positive/negative charge.

Great Buy

buy it if you're looking for a decent replacement speakers for your car.

Very Cheap price for the speakers. I purchased them for 15 bucks with free shipping. Only took 3 days with UPS. I replaced my 15 years old speakers for my Dodge Neon and they sound fantastic. Best 15 bucks i ever spent.

No complains for the 15 bones that i spent.
