A clever and potentially useful peripheral, the Logitech Speaker Lapdesk N700 does a great job of combining improved audio, ergonomic comfort and cooling into one. Some may find it hard to justify the cost, but if you can then it won't disappoint.

Almost silent cooling fan. USB powered. Great for watching movies.

Heavier than you'd imagine. Speaker position is not great for music. No room for a wireless mouse.

If you're a laptop multitasker who browses the web while watching TV, then the N700 is great for you, and its internal speakers may just have you flicking off the tube and watching videos on your laptop instead.
