Somehow Three Plus turns out to be worth four point five
Positive, chunky and well-controlled sound ; Good connectivity options ; Nicely built and finished
Phono input isn’t up to much ; Seems incapable of playing all that quietly ; Can sound bottom-heavy
It gets a lot more right than it gets wrong, The Three Plus, and it looks the part as it does so. As far as simple value for money is concerned, it’s got to count as a conspicuous success…

Klipsch's tabletop speaker all-in-one is very well specified indeed – and on the pulse in all but one or two specifics
Forward, detailed and energetic sound ; Great standard of build and finish ; Impressively specified
Doesn't seem able to play particularly quietly ; Uninhibited bass response ; Ordinary phono stage
As a combination of discreet good looks, impressive functionality and forthright audio performance, the Klipsch The Three Plus makes a lot of sense at the asking price. Unless you intend to listen to vinyl at a very low level, anyway…

The Three Plus is more than the sum of its parts
Assertive, direct and quite detailed sound ; Impressive specification at the money ; Good standard of build and finish
Can sound a little bass-happy ; Phono stage isn’t the greatest ; Doesn’t really fancy being used for ‘background music’
An unlikely amount of functionality from a small, nicely made and thoroughly unassuming box – and quite an unlikely amount of volume, too.

A smart speaker with a heritage design
Great build quality ; Decent sound quality ; Retro design
Voice recognition can be hit or miss ; Pricey ; Sound lacks the same finesse of rival speakers
The Three is worth more than three stars, but it’s not quite accomplished enough to make the full five

Klipsch's stylish The Three speaker delivers terrific audio performance with serious bass response, and connects to a wide variety of wired and wireless sound sources.
Powerful audio performance with rich bass and crisp highs. Gets very loud. Versatile connectivity includes Bluetooth and Wi-Fi streaming, as well as an input for turntables.
Can distort on deep bass at top volumes. Retro look not for everyone.
Klipsch's The Three sounds fantastic, and while it isn't cheap, it certainly performs to our expectations for this price range. Its retro design is matched with a thoroughly modern, multi-room-capable wireless streaming app that's easy to use. Throw in...

With support for Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Google Assistant, this speaker is a beautifully crafted speaker, but it carries a premium price tag.
Overall, I am quite impressed with the sound quality of The Three. It has a clean, rich, well-balanced sound, though the soundfield does not extend beyond the cabinet. In addition, the sound seems to be coming from a box, giving it a slightly closed-in...

With a classic style and turntable input, Klipsch the Three certainly charms everyone.
Many connections. Great design and gorgeous finish. Multi-room option. Captivating sound.
Sculpted sound does not suit everyone. Limited app.
In a world of plastic-like Bluetooth speakers, Klipsch The Three is a breath of fresh air. Here is the luxurious retro design on the outside and the new technology on the inside, with Wifi connection and multi-room options. The sound is warm and...
