Huawei's Homepod-a-like looks and sounds just fine, but it's expensive, has limited features, and doesn't pull on Devialet's capability enough.

Huawei's first hi-fi speaker Huawei Sound X impresses. No wonder when Devialet is responsible for the sound.

Steady and tough bass, clear and open sound, ability to play loud.

Limited smart opportunities in Norway, including voice control are lacking here.

Because Huawei is not allowed to use American technology, Sound X has a number of operational shortcomings here at home, and can therefore not be described as a smart speaker. It must instead be seen on a wifi and bluetooth speaker, and that is it. But...
