Edifer Prisma BT

A pair of speakers and a rather nice sub woofer that might even pass the ‘other half's' scrutiny as it is in fact shiny white and therefore is more likely to go with whatever the lounge police think is acceptable whereas black probably will not.

The subwoofer is diagonal in shape 24.5x10x29.5cm. the pair of speakers are the 9.5x23.5x12cm, the total weight is just over 4kilos. While they are sold as Bluetooth speakers they also work perfectly well as a wired unit using a 3.5mm cable to the...

Edifer Prisma

Two satellites and a beefy sub woofer plus a corded remote to allow you to control the overall volume without leaving the comfort of your chair. It can be used to spice up your PC or connect to anything with a 3.5mm jack.

These units are basically triangular; the sub woofer is 29cm from front to back, 24cm across at the front and 2cm across at the back and it is 22cm tall. All connections take place under a slight overhang so no protrusions. The pair of satellite...

Edifier Prisma Speakers Review

The market for desktop PC stereo speakers is somewhat saturated these days, and that's not at all a bad thing. It means we have choice. Choice of style or substance, to splash out or to be conservative with our cash or vice versa in both cases.

Priced at £89.99, these the Edifier Prisma speakers are by no means the cheapest set about, not even close, but in my view they do represent at least some value for money. They are comparable in style to even the most expensive speakers, and for the...

Edifier Prisma multimedia speakers

Edifier Prisma review: PC speakers that are stylish and sound good in a small room

Stylish design, good build quality

Bass distorts at high volume ; Satellite speakers harsh at high volume

The Edifier Prisma is a 2.1 channel speaker system designed for a PC, laptop or iPod. It's capable enough for low and moderate volume listening, but we wouldn't use it at maximum volume or in a large room -- it doesn't have the power. Sound quality is...

Edifier Prisma: 2.1 Bluetooth speaker system touts power

Reviews: Edifier Prisma BT e3350BT Multimedia Speaker

Unlike JBL and Harman/Kardon, which added Bluetooth functionality to earlier speaker designs at higher prices, Edifier’s pitch with Prisma BT is effectively to replace an earlier non-Bluetooth model with something better, while closing out the...

That having been said, Prisma BT is a very good multimedia speaker, given the aggressive $129 price point. Edifier’s industrial and speaker design is several years old, but they’re still a better combination than many other 2.1-channel audio systems...
