Denon Home 150

The Denon Home 150 is a fun, big-sounding compact speaker, and it has now been updated to support Alexa voice assistance

Enjoyably bombastic ; Big sound ; Smart looks ; Now with native voice support

Sonos One sounds better balanced ; More expensive than Sonos

For those who want their smart speakers to be truly smart, the Home 150 now packs the promised support for Alexa. Sonos still edges the Denon overall, but the Home 150 is a wireless speaker that pushes out out a fun performance good.

Denon Home 150

The Denon Home 150 delivers solid sound, but the advertised voice assistant support falls well short of the competition.

Denon Home 150 Review

Solid audio performance with rich lows and crisp highs ; Can stream high-resolution audio

Alexa voice features aren't active yet ; Expensive ; DSP changes sound signatures in obvious ways

The Denon Home 150 is an interesting attempt at a hi-fi smart speaker, but it satifies neither ambition.

Denon Home 150 and 250 review: These HEOS-enabled speakers now boast built-in Alexa

Denon's line of Home wireless speakers have been out on the market for more than a year now, but they just got a feature that made them worthy of a fresh look: built-in Alexa, courtesy of a recent firmware update. That means the Denon Home 150, Home...

In the end, I don’t think you’ll go wrong either way; my advice is to look closely at the respective feature sets and consider which platform you’d rather invest in. Are you a Google Assistant fan, or do you like Apple’s style of hardware and...

Denon Home 150 review: The small smart speaker for big bass lovers

The Denon Home 150 is an entry-level speaker with all the right connectivity smarts, and is the one to beat for bass fans.

If you're not already tied into Sonos' ecosystem, the Denon Home 150 is the best entry-level smart speaker I've come across for getting into the HEOS ecosystem, and comes highly recommended.

Best Wireless Multiroom Speakers of 2022

Sonically, the 150 delivers bass that's impactful but a little boomy, an even midrange, and extended high frequencies. Our testers found that pairing two 150s improves the illusion that the musicians are right there in the room with you, though adding...

The Denon Home 150 takes over where the company’s Heos line of multiroom speakers left off. Not only does it feature more traditional styling than its predecessor—some models in the Heos line resembled a high-end handbag—but it also provides satisfying...

Review: Denon Home 150 | Sounds Like A Much Larger Speaker Denon Home 150

Denon's smallest multi-room speaker Denon Home 150 surprises positively with large and clear sound.

It sounds like a much larger speaker. USB port for playing files. HD audio.

Voice control is missing for the time being. The app is outdated. No digital inputs.

Denon Home 150 is a small and relatively inexpensive speaker, which is likely to be purchased in bulk and placed around the house by owners of HEOS multi-room systems. There it does a nice job, and it does not hurt that the Home 150 is actually quite...

Good for such small speakers

Bought these to replace mini separates as we had moved to a small cottage. Good sound for what they are but no way a direct replacement for Wharfdales and separate amp.

Great find

This little speaker is head and shoulders above the competition. The sound quality is fantastic and more importantly hi-res. Beautiful deep base. Easy to set up via the Heos App. I was so impressed I ordered a second within the week. A must have!
