Creative GigaWorks T20

The latest addition to Creative's family of 2.0 speaker sets has a lot going for it. Audio fans will admire the elegant highs and rich mid-tones, while the units would add a touch of visual panache to any desktop.

Creative's GigaWorks T20 has few faults. Audio fans will savour the added sophistication the speakers bring to MP3, while gamers will thrill to the extra bang for their buck when hooked up to a PC running the likes of Doom3.

GigaWorks T20 Review

With higher-quality, DRM free, audio now available through the iTunes store; a set of speakers that accentuates quality is clearly of desire. The GigaWorks T20, while a little clunky in appearance, seems to offer the quality any audio fanatic desires.

Fantastic sound quality - delivering big bass sounds particularly at high volume

Huge mains plug is a pain, design doesn't suit a white Mac, sound is poor at low volume

Strings, acoustic guitars, heavy bass and vocal tones all sound spot-on, and while the T20's would struggle to fill a decent-sized room, the system is ideal for belting out tunes in a small office or bedroom.
