had a quiet bad experience in checking the first product hats off to the customer service reply and its response after giving the alert about the defect in the speakers. the speakers were replaced with in 3 days.

The megaphone works fine, however I was disappointed that the package I received did not include the recharchable batteries which were advertised with it and were one of the reasons I chose this model.

Hi All, I guess the product is not to my expectation, as one of the speaker is not working properly. However the sound quality is good for the money purchased. You need to externally purchase a wire to connect this speaker to computer. Regards, Dhruva
