I use it with a portable usb battery pack. plays quite nice for its low electrical use. if you want something stronger than it just cannot be powered by usb simple as that

for the first 2 years had it it was a good speaker system. i then realised that the bass is too strong and the dock starts to shake which is annoying. now it seems to turn the volume to max. every time i dock an iPod. i hope they fix this!

This could never keep the signal connected. i would often have to turn the antenna on/off just to get it to reconnect. I ended up running a long speaker wire. what a waste of money.

Decent sound. Speakers sound blown at certain volumes. ....just had to turn bass all the way down on the tv. Remote is sometimes unresponsive with certain functions like volume down and up.

Quality of sound well below expectations. I basically use the pico pix for homecinema for the familly. I just wanted to get free of cables and contections with other appliances, the sound station does do the trick.
