So much for making any profit on this job, and lost a customer I'm sure.

Installed for 1 day and got a short DST alert, after 2 days got a SMART warning. This is for a client. Now looking at RMA it, but Newegg has a note under it saying I have to contact Western Digital

I've been using this drive daily for a full two years in a work station (desktop) PC running Windows 7 and an Intel Core i5 CPU and it's never missed a beat. The SMART monitor reports a fairly consistent temperature of 87°F. Transfer times are fast...

I bought an external hard drive enclosure (USB-3/eSATA-2) knowing that it would only power a 5400 RPM hard drive, the HDD needed to be 9.5" high and that a bigger cache would be more important than a faster spin rate. I notice NewEgg still list 15mm...
Can't buy anything with this in it

Installed in HP Pavillion M7-1015DX. I installed an Intel 160GB G2 SSD as the boot drive so this was a great drive for the secondary bay. (Media storage)
