Super Light Notebook

I highly recommend it for someone that wants the form factor of a netbook and the performance of a monster notebook. It always zips right along, I haven't bogged it down at all to date.

This notebook has a great form factor, it is super light and it is pretty slim as well...not Mac book Air slim but it is slimmer than most notebooks and netbooks. Pretty fast as well. It'll boot up fully inside of about 30 seconds...my cell phone takes...

Solid State Disk isn't the best available in the market therefore you don't get the very best read/write speeds but it is still very fast. Another con is all lenovo bloatware they put on the machine

Very mobile

This is a godsend for traveling and carrying other heavy items. Any way to lighten the load will make it better. I strongly suggest shopping around before you think Newegg has the lowest price. I found out this wasn't the case. HDD capacity may be an...

Very lightweight! Good keyboard. System boots up fast. Built-in Bluetooth. Hardly any noticeable fan noise. Pretty good battery life. Feels well built. XP Pro! Limited bloatware upon startup

Ports are limited (i.e.: no express card). Graphics aren't the greatest (on-board chipset). Other reviews I read talked about the touchpad getting in the way of typing. I just have it disabled. No recovery DVDs included. The manual describes the...

Great *portable* notebook

This version of the X300 does *not* come with the mobile broadband stuff that the first review describes, so don't get confused.

This laptop is incredibly light. Now I don't have to think about whether or not it's worth it to bring my laptop with me; it won't matter either way since it only weighs 3 pounds. It's also very thin. The SSD makes this thing very quick. I was worried...

It is kind of expensive right now. Also, the trackpad is kind of small - there are two separate pointing devices present, so they are kind of limited by space. If they would do away with the red stick and its corresponding buttons, they could have made...

Amazing!!

Price. Price. Price. but its brand new and top of the line so your paying a premium. I recommend the 6-cell battery for this laptop. only because it does not stick out the back and you get more time on the go.

Lets just say the most amazing portable laptop on the market today. It gets like 6-7 hours of battery life with the 6-cell. Has 3 usb ports, wireless n, dvd burner, gps, gsm or ev-do network for on the go internet access, and a sweet 64gb SSD all for...

Could be a faster processor. at 1.2ghz this thing it not the fastest but that is not the intent; this laptop is made for on the go and battery life
